Siemens Energy - Training

We used the Team building Activity delivered by Born Leader to help our team rebalance themselves after numerous iterations of reorganisation.  The work delivered in the field was then used to allow us to come back into the workplace and identify opportunities for organisational and process improvement.  The different, refreshing nature of the activity has really brought the team closer together and they can now not only see each others point of view but they are coordinating effort to allow the business to flourish.
