Type: 

A 1-day introduction to the fundamental principles of Functional Leadership.  The event commences with short lessons in leadership theory and quickly progresses through a series of more challenging, shared tasks and problems.

Participants get the opportunity to try out different approaches to solving problems that rely on effective leadership, grace under pressure and mental agility.

The course benefits team leaders and managers by enabling self-awareness and introducing new concepts and ways of working, which can be transferred to the workplace.
